ICU Med Surg RN Manager

An opportunity is currently present for an ICU Med Surg RN Manager in beautiful, North Central Pennsylvania. This rural community is conveniently positioned in the State Forested region of Northern Pennsylvania. This nurse leader will join an 85+ Bed community hospital system that features multiple outpatient practices, cancer treatment center and an affiliated skilled nursing facility. The Medical Center features a full spectrum of specialties including Emergency and Surgical Services as well as Pediatrics, Wound Care, OBGYN and Laboratory Units.

The ICU Med Surg RN Manager will join a regional hospital system that includes several main hospital campuses and additional outpatient community practices and clinics. The facility has been rated a top regional hospital and features a full-service line and nearly 100 years of community healthcare delivery. The hospital was also recently named a Joint Commission top performer.

Directly accessing and treating patients within a 10+ bed unit, the ICU Med Surg RN Manager will lead the department in the absence of the Critical Care Director. The ICU Med Surg RN Manager will provide team lead oversight and maintain a strong working knowledge of performance standards and key quality measures.

ICU Med Surg RN Manager will assist in patient documentation, explanation of care delivery to patients and their family members and provide expertise and guidance to ICU RN staff. Additional responsibilities of the ICU Med Surg RN Manager will include departmental safety measure oversite, proper implementation of hospital procedure and monitoring of patient throughput.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
